Becoming an Affiliate...

Affiliate membership shall be real estate owners and other individuals or firms who, while not engaged in the real estate profession, have interests requiring information concerning real estate and are in sympathy with the objectives of the Association. Affiliate membership is held on an individual basis and transfers in the event an Affiliate member changes companies. Affiliate members come from many areas related to real estate, such as attorneys, title company representatives, lenders, builders, real estate developers, inspectors and pest control firms.

 

Who is not eligible?

Anyone who holds an active real estate.

HERE ARE SOME OF THE BENEFITS OF AFFILIATE MEMBERSHIP.....

 

·         Send out your brochures with new members

 Simply mail or drop off the packets or brochures and we will include them with the new member book (You must supply copies of your material).  This is a great way to get new REALTORS® and other members to look at your information as soon as they join the Association.

 

·         Networking

There are year-round networking opportunities with more than 400 Realtors® who utilized the products and services of our Affiliate Members.  Strengthen business relationships through participation on committees and at special programs and events.

  

If you want to get your name and your company name in front of our REALTOR® Members more often, there are Public Relation opportunities available.  We are always in need of Education Class Sponsors, MLS Meeting Sponsors, and Sponsors for other events.  Ask our Staff for details.

 

·         Networking Socials

At least once a year we host a party for our Affiliates.  It is our pleasure to host and recognize the support our Affiliate Members give to our industry.

 

·         Internet Advertising

On the Home Page of the Southeast Arizona Association of REALTORS®, Inc there is a     section dedicated to our Affiliate Members.  We list the name, address, phone number, point of contact, web page and (if permission is granted) email address for each business.  Take a look at our Affiliate Membership page!

 

·         MLS Tour Meetings

Each Tuesday our Multiple Listing Service (MLS) meets at 8:30 am at the Association Office (125 S. Second Street).  You're invited to attend.  We usually have forty to eighty REALTORS® in attendance each week.  Affiliate Sponsoring Guidelines

 

·         Sponsor an MLS Meeting

As the sponsor of a weekly Tuesday morning meeting, you will have the exclusive right to distribute your business materials.  Additionally as a sponsor  you will be given the exclusive opportunity to address the groups.  You can also co-sponsor a meeting with another Affiliate Member.  Call the Association for details.

 

·         Sponsor an Education Class

We hold Education Classes every other month.  As the sponsor of the class you will have a few minutes at the beginning of the  class to address the members.   You can provide the snacks or pay an additional fee and the staff will provide the food for you.
